On April 6, close to 100 people gathered to celebrate Alaska’s clean water and world-class seafood with a screening of Inside Passage Waterkeeper’s new film “We Eat Fish!” With scenes from around Southeast, the film looks at people and places whose health is dependent on clean water, commercial fishing, and subsistence harvest.

The film below lays out how updates to two metrics called the Fish Consumption Rate and Acceptable Cancer Risk could help protect our waters and ways of life for generations and generations to come.
